We are thrilled to celebrate an incredible milestone in the recovery journey of Jade Sorrells, who recently graduated from Courage House—a structured 9–18 month sober living residence.
Jade first connected with RISE through the IRACS program while incarcerated. Upon his release, he continued his journey with the support of our community-based services. Since then, Jade has shown unwavering commitment to his recovery and personal growth.
Pictured with Jade is his Community Peer Coach, Jonathan Hooper, who has walked alongside him every step of the way, offering guidance, encouragement, and support.
Jade’s hard work, resilience, and dedication have led him to this moment, and we couldn’t be more proud. We look forward to all that lies ahead for him—and we know his future is bright.
